- This article is about Squirtle's appearance in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. For other uses, see Squirtle. Also, for information about Squirtle in regards to Pokémon Trainer, see Pokémon Trainer, Ivysaur, and Charizard.
Squirtle (ゼニガメ, Zenigame in the Japanese versions) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl it is one of three Pokémon that can be played when you select Pokémon Trainer from the game's character select screen, the other two being Ivysaur and Charizard.
Pokémon Trainer was recently playable at the Whobby 2008 event. According to attendees, Squirtle was fast and weak, with little range to his attacks. However, all his attacks were executed very quickly.
Special Moves
- Standard Special Move: Water Gun
- Side Special Move: Withdraw
- Up Special Move: Waterfall
- Down Special Move: Pokémon Change (to Ivysaur)
- Final Smash: Triple Finish (Hydro Pump)
