Overview
A roundhouse kick, and is Jigglypuff’s fastest tilt, coming out on frames 7-9. While poor in range (as with multiple other attacks), it can beat other slower attacks, space, end combos (such as the weak hit of a forward air from an opponent right next to Puff), and can even kill opponents near the edge at higher percents. While it can serve well in certain scenarios, its poor range and lack of power hinder its usage.
