Wario Bros. (ワリオブラザーズ, Wario Brothers) is the 19th solo event match out of a total of 41 in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Wario must KO Mario and Luigi, who each have two lives, at the same time on the Mario Bros. stage. Clearing this event unlocks the stage Mario Bros.
Trivia
- This event match resembles a microgame in the first WarioWare game with the same name.
- Being part of the first 20 event matches in Brawl (which do not require any unlockable characters to be accessed), it is possible to play this event before unlocking Luigi despite him appearing in it. This is similar to how Event 23: Slippy's Invention from Super Smash Bros. Melee can be played before Falco is unlocked and other Melee events Event 22: Super Mario 128, Event 25: Gargantuans, Event 27: Cold Armor, Event 36: Space Travelers, Event 38: Super Mario Bros. 2, Event 42: Trouble King 2, Event 43: Birds of Prey, Event 45: Game & Watch Forever!, and Event 48: Pikachu and Pichu where their unlockable characters/unlockable stages are not unlocked upon completion.
- Similarly, he also appears as an opponent before being unlocked in SSB's 1P Game and Melee's Adventure Mode though the latter requires his appearance to trigger his unlock battle.
- This is also similar to the Melee event Event 31: Mario Bros. Madness as both Mario and Luigi appear as opponent characters. However, this is a stock match instead of a time match.
