I'd really like to help with this but it seems there is some difficulties in testing this, a grab release animation depends what inputs are being commanded, for example; DK's ground release on Diddy with a CPU on "Stop" will be on the ground, having the CPU on Attack when grab releasing will release Diddy into the air, which grab releases should be recorded?--Shaun's Wiji Dodo talk 21:33, 4 May 2011 (EDT)
- Put the CPU on Control so you're guarenteed to have no inputs. I want the "default" release. Toomai Glittershine
