Up special damage percentages

I've been checking the total damage percents every up special in the series, it seems the strongest in Smash 64 is Ness' PK Thunder 2, in Melee, Donkey Kong's Spinning Kong, Lucas' PK Thunder 2 in Brawl and Smash 4 and Falco's Fire Bird in Ultimate. Though this does not include Incineroar's Cross Chop with Revenge stacked up.

64 Ness - 30% Melee DK - 33% Brawl Lucas - 43% Sm4sh Lucas - 36% Ultimate Falco - 33%

Hope you're having a fine April Fool's Day. I need to ask you though: did you ask for approval for your April Fool's joke to the admins before deciding to change the various pages? This year, users had to ask for permission from the administrators for their April Fool's joke, which me and a couple others did.
