Um, no. Talk pages are not to be used for journals (see SW:TALK for more info). To address your complaints, to be put quite blunt, we don't care about contributions on other wikis. What matters is what you've done here. If we were to do it in the way you're suggesting, this wiki would be bloated with admins by now. If you have a problem with the way things are run, then I suggest actually talking to an admin or bureaucrat rather than complain about the way this wiki is run.
