Currently, we do not add any characters that players haven't played in tournament, even if they stated they would play said character. That would include Nairo's Sephiroth as well. Cookies

Yes he doesn't play K. Rool anymore, but that doesn't mean we remove him from the notable player's section, especially since he's by far the most notable player for said character.
