The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Some advice for your videos[edit]
You should really get a capture card and record video game footage that way, instead of using a camcorder. Camcorder videos of video games produce such awful quality, especially when ineptly filmed, and people aren't going to want to watch gaming videos with such terrible visual quality that are full of outside sounds.
Here's a cheap capture card, that costs less than the price of a new game, is very simple to use out of the box (you just need to plug it in to the computer, hook the Wii's component wires to it, and run the EzGrabber program that comes with it), and records up to 480p, which is fully sufficient for the Wii and drastically better than what you could ever get with a camcorder (not to mention it's so much easier and simpler to use than trying to properly film with a camcorder). For examples of its quality, you can look at the videos on my channel. If you want people to watch your youtube videos, then this is an investment that will payoff hugely for you. Your recent edits on trivia.[edit]
I would recommend looking over our guidelines on trivia before continuing to add more trivia to articles. In particular, this edit to Unlockable character suffers from failing in both the volatility front (on the topic of Wii Fit Trainer and Rosalina being potentially unlockable, due to the possibility of more female characters being introduced) and speculative front (the former point, as well as the information concerning the image in Melee's manual).
