Custom Special Moves

Thank you for your contribution to the Character Customization page, but I would ask that if you are going to add the custom special moves to the wiki, please do it on the respective special move pages rather than that list. That is where that particular information belongs, and I personally would greatly appreciate it as I'm currently trying to create "Customization" sections on many Special Move pages.
