The shoutouts section is inappropriate use of your talk page; talk pages are not to be used as a messenger service. The issues section is also not needed, as if a user has an issue with you, they will create a new section about it. And with posts being ordered chronologically, having a section for "issues" will disrupt this. Omega Tyrant
