You can indent your comment to signify a reply using one or more colons (:), which I've done for you here. Also, when replying on a talk page, make sure to sign your comment with four tildes (~~~~).

You can make a userpage for yourself at User:KAPPN ssb (see SW:USER). That said, the wiki expects you to contribute to mainspace articles if you want to maintain a userpage as well. You may want to read SmashWiki:Read This First, Man, a guideline to introduce new users to the wiki. Something Emmett forgot to mention, but is also critical: Because the wiki is in a Red status, all userspace editing, even for your own pages, is restricted to autoconfirmed users. The article I just linked explains things in a bit more detail, including how to become autoconfirmed (it's actually pretty easy), but basically, without this status you will not be able to do certain things on the wiki, including uploading, creating pages, and yes - editing in a userspace.
