A few things[edit]
It is recommended that you preview your edits before saving and avoid editing a page/section multiple times with small changes. Doing lots of edits makes it hard to review the page's edit history and verify information. On mobile you are shown a preview before saving and you can use the arrow in the top left to go back and continue your edit. On desktop the option is next to the save button.
Second, if you make an edit and later notice it has been removed, you shouldn't try to add it back without giving a good reason (you can add a summary on the preview screen on mobile) or bringing it up on a talk page. You can check if a reason was given for removal in the page's history. On mobile this can be found at the bottom of the page by clicking the text that says "Last edited...".
