Volt Tackle edit[edit]
Your Volt Tackle edit just isn't interesting trivia to begin with. CPUs aiming at a character with any move is pretty standard, especially for controllable Final Smashes. It's normal for them to aim at something even if said something is invicible through the revival platform. Final Smashes can't be manually cancelled nor can anyone, human or CPU, do anything different while it's active with a single invincible target.
