4. You are rather kind, but aren't afraid to become harsh to warn people who deserve it. Also, you are very active during the night, along with Disater Flare, and show great dedication to the wiki. 6. Almost always connected, you do your job quite nicely, very helpful and hardworking. What am I doing wrong?

Something I've done bothers you? Tell me here, and I'll see what I can do to fix it.

1. The only two real flaws I can point out are your dispute handling skills and mood swings. However, only the first one is that glaring. Your dispute handling skills are below average at best, and when you do try and be productive in a dispute, you end up being sort of heavy-handed at the surface. 5. You become illogical and unfair when you're moody or annoyed - understandable, but just keep it in mind. Also, try to be clear on what you're trying to say in discussion- it seems answers have to be pulled out of you instead of you laying it all down. In other contexts, that's fine - for instance, if I'm getting to know somebody, I want to get answers out of them through inquiry rather than listen to them flaunt their opinions on every possible subject matter - but at least in the context of Smashwiki, or the Internet in general (due to the inherent disconnect of emotions, facial expressions, plus the availability lapses, etc.) I don't think it's really helpful and everybody would benefit if they shot it straight, myself included. Doesn't mean you need to be annoying, it's just that when you say something here on Smashwiki, try to truly say what you mean, clearly and completely. MuteSpittah (talk) 05:40, 30 April 2016 (EDT)

Parroting Ganonmew, you're an amazing admin, and quite frankly, possibly even the best admin around right now. Out of all of them, you've been working the hardest, at least in my opinion, and you're willing to participate in projects as soon as you see the opportunity to participate. As of right now, I haven't seen any glaring mistakes you've made, with some minor ones that were only made due to inexperience as an admin. It's a learning experience, so I don't get judgmental over it. Beyond that, I don't think there's much else to say, other than keep up the good work, and hopefully things will really start clearing up around here with you around. :D Disaster Flare (talk) 23:48, 6 December 2015 (EST)
