The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

User:Lightningdawn
Hi there! I'm Lightningdawn, but just call me Lightning. I'm 18, born July 28th, and I'm female. I tend to be pretty shy, but I like to help tidy things up, so I thought I could help here.
Smash has been my favorite game series...pretty much my whole life? I first played Melee in 2005, when I was three, and have been maining Ness ever since. You know how some Ness mains are Fire spammers? I'm a Thunder addict, which is apparently somehow more annoying. My other mains are Lucas and Pokémon Trainer, and sometimes Dark Pit, though I haven't used him much these days.
My favorite game in the series is Brawl, which should give you about an indication of what I know about competitive Smash. (Hint: It's absolutely nothing.) Subspace Emissary is my absolute biggest passion, and if you get me started on it, I will never shut up. Sorry.
I actually kind of...suck at Smash. I'm the definition of a casual player. But I have fun, so that's what's important!
My most notable feat is my Smash Bros. merch collection. That's where I plan on contributing most to the wiki, actually! I have a lot of stuff, though, so edits are slow, but eventually I'll get it updated with everything I have or know of. I'm always lurking on auction sites to find more stuff to contribute. I have the most merchandise for Brawl, and my rarest item is the shirt that the Nintendo NY store stockists wore on Brawl's launch!
