Editing User:CanvasK/Unused spirit effects

Documenting the spirit abilities and traits that are, as of 28/02/2020, unused in ''Ultimate''. Data is from Meshima's spreadsheet ([https://twitter.com/Meshima_/status/1232660901666254848 Meshima's tweet]) with data from 6.0.0. 'Given Name' are names that I have given them based on naming trends and [[Equipment]] names. There may be official names but they were not included in the spreadsheet. Parameter names have been kept except for when there were a lot of similar parameters (ie power_attack_1, _3, _4, _dash, _air, _cliff, etc.).
