Really no other way to go through this other than going through the 300-odd userpages that show up when searching "image", "file", and "photo" then looking for pages which contain stashes. First step is to document the location of said stashes, then to go through them individually and change their categorization as needed. If an image has a potential mainspace use, list it below and say what needs to be met before it might be used.
