Chaos Spear is Shadow's side special move. It will fire off blasts of energy, which can be charged up to deal more damage and go through opponents, as well as pass through opponents. It can also be used in the air to fire them down and forward.
An uncharged Chaos Spear will deal 11% damage; a fully charged one will deal 20%.
Origin[edit]
The attack is based on the Chaos Spears Shadow can fire in Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). In the former, it was only used when Shadow was fought in the Hero story, where he used it when far ahead of Sonic. In the latter, however, he can use it at any time by jumping and pressing X/Square. In that game, it can also be charged.
