Santa Paws 1 was a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate regional held in Montgomery, Alabama on December 10th, 2022.
Although they weren't scheduled to stream the event, FaulknerEsports took over streaming without giving access to tournament organizer LinkStain, leading to technical difficulties and troubles with stream moderation. FaulknerEsports's decision to take over was criticized by players who attended the tournament.[1][2]
