'''Hyper Sumabato''' was a {{forwiiu}} super regional held in Osaka, Japan, on August 16th, 2015. {{Sm|Ganbaranai}} lost early in winners bracket against {{Sm|Aki|p=Japan}}, but was able to make a comeback through losers bracket to take the tournament win, in similar fashion to his {{Trn|KSB 2015}} performance. {{Sm|Ginko}}, using mostly {{SSB4|R.O.B.}}, notably defeated strong players like {{Sm|Komorikiri}} and {{Sm|ikep}}, the latter known for double-eliminating Ganbaranai at [http://challonge.com/karisuma4 Karisuma 4] a month beforehand, and took 3rd place. Some of the top contenders in the tournament, such as {{Sm|Saiya}} and {{Sm|Earth}} were knocked out before top 16.
