EVO 2015 allowed [[character customization|custom special moves]] in ''Super Smash Bros. for Wii U'' by utilizing the [[Official Custom Moveset Project]], and was notably the last major tournament to use the project. The official game lineup for EVO 2015 was announced on January 20th, by Joey Cuellar, during a live stream on Twitch.tv, with Mike Ross as host.
