The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted.

Template talk:Ref

From SmashWiki, the Super Smash Bros. wiki

Does anybody know how to make a "references" template, à la Wikipedia? It isn't as important for SmashWiki as it is for Wikipedia, of course, but it might be a useful fallback every so often. MaskedMarth (t c) 19:46, January 23, 2007 (GMT)

SmashWiki's Special:Version page is nearly empty; thus not having as many features as Wikipedia. I don't think we should make something like it yet. Some features, like #if: and #switch: can be replaced by templates, but <ref> and <references/> are too, like, um... "hi-wiki-tech". Smiddle ( TalkConts ) 20:44, January 23, 2007 (GMT)
Here is the extension info page, by the way. Smiddle ( TalkConts ) 20:46, January 23, 2007 (GMT)
