Notices
The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted.

Okay so[edit]

How does this navbox look? The idea is that you can not only get to any move in the moveset from it, but also the same move in other games (by clicking the icons). Toomai Glittershine ??? The Riotous 16:36, 21 October 2013 (EDT)

Seems like a pretty neat idea. Scr7Scr7 sig.png(talk · contribs) 16:36, 21 October 2013 (EDT)
A more than two letter abbreviation would be needed (Mario, Marth, Lucario, Lucas, etc.) Awesome Cardinal 2000 17:45, 21 October 2013 (EDT)
I have a functional two-letter abbreviation system set up for all characters already, but yeah it'd probably be better to use full names. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Xanthic 21:34, 21 October 2013 (EDT)
Sounds like a good plan. I like how its organized. Dots MewtwoMS.png The Doomguy 17:49, 21 October 2013 (EDT)

I would also support each character having a separate template for each game. Awesome Cardinal 2000 16:00, 22 October 2013 (EDT)

Actually, now that I have seen the template work, I think it's fine as it is. However, I think the game icons on the top of the template should be edited/removed, as a new user could confuse them for something else such as an article about the character's general Brawl appearance instead of what it actually is. Awesome Cardinal 2000 16:10, 22 October 2013 (EDT)
There needs to be some way of linking to the same move in other games without listing it in the main box. Do you have a better idea? Toomai Glittershine ??? The Honcho 16:17, 22 October 2013 (EDT)
Maybe we could create an infobox displaying info such as a gif of the attack, character used by, name, appearance in other games, hitbox type (normal, weapon, slash, etc.), melee or projectile, etc. Awesome Cardinal 2000 16:26, 22 October 2013 (EDT)
I reeeeeeeeeeeally don't want to have to involve an infobox on these pages. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Spark 16:30, 22 October 2013 (EDT)
Then having a section called "See also" or "In other games" would be better. Awesome Cardinal 2000 16:33, 22 October 2013 (EDT)
Well I'll wait until some other people decide whether they think it's confusing as it is now. If so I'll probably change the icons to "in SSBM" and such. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Aurum 16:39, 22 October 2013 (EDT)
