A number of concerns:
- What do you mean by "format"?
- Is the most recent tourney winners in the series ("champions") relevant to the series itself? Same goes for the questionable choice of "player(s) with most wins".
- Should the website really be in the infobox, as opposed to the usual slot under "External links" at the bottom of the page?
There's a couple thoughts. Miles (talk) 22:28, 9 August 2015 (EDT)
- Format: Not every tournament follows the same format. EVO and Apex uses Double-elimination tournament while some uses Round Robin or Single Elimination (Japan mostly). If I'm not wrong, MLG uses its own format too. This is the kind of thing that seems to obvious for someone already familiar with the scene, but not that much to someone that comes here out of curiosity.
- Records: Well, I used other sports championships infoboxes as standards to create this one, while looking at Wikipedia's own infobox for EVO. They all show the "most recent champion" while showing some kind of record for "most titles". I plan on adding more general info on each tournament series that better reflect this, but I think the infobox sums it up well.
- Website: I think it should be shown on both actually. That's basic info that should me formaly listed on the External links section, but also featured on the event's infobox, that quickly runs down the basic info of the series. Official website should be up there.PFFP (talk) 22:59, 9 August 2015 (EDT)
More on that, one information that I think is also relevant to tournament series infoboxes is the nature of the tournaments: Open tournaments, qualifications or invitationals?--PFFP (talk) 23:05, 9 August 2015 (EDT)
