The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Template:Vgratings
From SmashWiki, the Super Smash Bros. wiki
Jump to navigationJump to search
This template is used in conjunction with the {{Infobox Game}} infobox to summarize ratings information for video game articles.
Syntax
Using named parameters
The following parameters may be specified to display ratings for multiple regions in a single call (however, they will not be sorted in any particular order):
- BBFC=rating
- British Board of Film Classification rating.
- CERO=rating
- Computer Entertainment Rating Organization rating.
- ELSPA=rating
- Entertainment and Leisure Software Publishers Association rating.
- ESRB=rating
- Entertainment Software Rating Board rating.
- OFLCA=rating
- Office of Film and Literature Classification (Australia) rating.
- OFLCZ=rating
- Office of Film and Literature Classification (New Zealand) rating. (If different from OFLCA)
- PEGI=rating
- Pan European Game Information rating.
- USK=rating
- Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle rating.
If it is desirable to list ratings in a specific order (e.g. chronological), specify each rating with a separate call.
Alternate syntax
Using two parameters {{vgratings | [[system]] | rating }}
- system
- Wikilinked system/organization name. For brevity, should be formatted as a piped link, e.g. [[Entertainment Software Rating Board|ESRB]]'.
- rating
- system/organization rating
Using three parameters (for backwards compatibility) {{vgratings | system | ID | rating }}
- system | ID
- Name and abbreviation for the rating system/organization (ESRB, CERO, PEGI, etc.) to which the rating applies. This is essentially the same format as a piped link, minus the surrounding brackets.
- rating
- system/organization rating
