The conquest name should be added as {{{name-ntsc}}} or {{{name-pal}}}, depending on your region. If the conquest has the same name in both regions, add both parameters anyway, this will remove the flag.
Heads are "colour1", up to "colour9". Scores are in the form of "colour-world", "colour-americas", "colour-europe", and "colour-japan". Everything else is as shown once you put in "colour1".
It would be nice to have flag images instead of text, but since there's no widely-recognizable flag for South America (or both Americas as a unit), it's not currently viable.
