Tekk is a Melee Jigglypuff player from Lyon, France, who is considered to be the best Jigglypuff player in Europe. He is currently ranked 22nd on the EURank 2023 and was previously ranked 43rd on the SSBMRank 2015 and 2nd on the French Melee Power Rankings. He is known for playing a rather unique aggressive style of Jigglypuff and has had notable wins over players such as Android, Amsah, Zhu, and Duck. Throughout 2015 he gained popularity not just in Europe, but also in the US, making it to round 5 of the Smash Summit community voting before being eliminated.
He started competition in video games with Pokémon Diamond & Pearl under the nickname TartineEtChocolat ("ToastAndChocolate") before playing Brawl competitively. He later shortened this to "TeC" before respelled it as Tekk. He then proceeded to quit Brawl to focus on Melee seriously.
