Shopify Rebellion is an esports team founded by Jeremy Steeves, a member of the e-commerce company Shopify, in 2021. The team initially signed players for StarCraft II before branching out to many different titles, including collaborating with Moist Esports by merging their Valorant teams together. Moist Esports and Shopify Rebellion eventually fully merged on January 17th, 2025, with Moist Esports founder Cr1TiKaL becoming co-owners of the company alongside Ludwig.[1] As a result, many players from the Moist Esports roster merged with Shopify Rebellion, included the team's Smash roster aside from Aaron and Goblin.[2][3]
