What does the extra apostrophe ("shffl'") mean? – Smiddle ( Talk • Conts ) 16:06, January 19, 2007 (GMT)
- I was around when the term was coined (it was some GameFAQs topic), but I don't remember how the apostrophe crept in. It's probably the same idea that adds the apostrophe in "can't" or "don't." – MaskedMarth (t c) 01:13, January 20, 2007 (GMT)
You can't fast fall during an aerial in Smash 64. --Greenblob (talk) 20:15, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
Capitalisation[edit]
Shouldn't this be Short hop fast fall L-cancel? It uses the L button, not the "l button". Toast ltimatum 15:02, 21 September 2013 (EDT)
- That assumes the abbreviation is of "L button-cancel" and not "lag-cancel". Toomai Glittershine The Undirigible 15:06, 21 September 2013 (EDT)
- "L button-cancel" is used much more commonly than "lag-cancel". Scr7(talk · contribs) 15:08, 21 September 2013 (EDT)
- This should be moved back to 'Short hop fast fall l-cancel', since the letter "l" means 'lag', not the L button. - Drilly Dilly (talk) 03:16, 2 September 2015 (EDT)
