Luma panicking

Once and for all, Luma panic animation can be cancelled in exactly the same way as Smash 4. He can still attack when Rosa's in hitstun, try it yourself frame-by-frame in traning mode. Stop readding it to the wiki page. Dr Love (talk) 04:54, 1 February 2019 (EST)
