I was wondering if it is worth noting the conversion of the amount of frames it takes to initiate the charge for Rising Tackle on the article page (24 frames equates to 0.4 seconds). Thecontributor22 (talk) 11:30, February 4, 2020 (EST)

I wouldn't have thought so. Those who are at the level where they need to know the precise number of frames to charge the move for are probably familiar with the frames to seconds conversion, and we don't list time in seconds for frame data on moves.
