Can everyone ledgestall for intangibility?

I know only certain characters can "invincible ledge dash", but can every character at least stall for intangibility? paging Kandano DJLO (talk) 17:06, 7 August 2014 (EDT)

No. Marth cannot so therefore not every character can double jump forever. In fact the majority of characters can't. --Brian^{Don't try me!} 19:57, 7 August 2014 (EDT)

As far as I know, every character has an intangible ledgestall except Peach. And maybe Jigglypuff. Marth’s ledgedashstall, which is shown on this page, is intangible the entire time. Kadano talk 06:15, 8 August 2014 (EDT)

Shino stall judgment?

Is there a good reason the Shino stall is called "by far the easiest and most useful" up-special stall? Fire (Fox|Bird) stalls strike me as much easier than the Shino stall due to simplicity of inputs, but regardless of my own opinion, this seems overstated. 74.70.103.82 00:10, 2 April 2016 (EDT)
