Ultimate Stick Sensitivity Settings:
With Low Sens, Up and Down count as a stick flick if Neutral > High Strength within 3 frames. And Forward stick flick if Neutral > High Strength within 5 frames.
With Med Sens, Up and Down are 4 frames and Forward is 6 frames
With High Sens, Up and Down are 5 frames and Forward is 7 frames
