mSo it would seem that Ruben's treacherous calculator rounds knockback values to the nearest 0.5 units when calculating hitstun, which ends up producing even more error than the game's floor function due to the method I used...anyway it's either 0.14 or extremely close to it.

In the section for ultimate, fixed the effective change to hitstun, as the modifier is .2, not .1455

Redundancy
mThat part about being animation based is meaningless, as the animation conforms to the hitstun, and not vice versa. The reason it doesn't affect tumbling is because tumbling has never been determined by hitstun.
