The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Brood?[edit]
Was Brood even mentioned in this article? And how do you know that Rich Brown is the "top player" for Olimar? Mousehunter321 (talk · contributions) 02:16, 21 December 2011 (EST)
- It is very difficult to determine who is the top player for any main. Only on very rare occasions can someone be deemed top, and even then, they might not be the best because of Japanese players. Rich just happens to be the best in America, and from comments, has surpassed Brood, though the statements will be determined at Apex 2012. As for Brood's mentioning, I removed that in the preview, since it looked a bit out of place. MegaTron1XD

- I agree that Rich Brown is one of the best America Olimars, but is he the best? It's debatable whether he's better than Dabuz, so the article should read "he has become one of the top players" instead of "he has become the top player" .
