| :"Well known and popular" is still different than notability, at least notability [[SW:NOTABLE|in terms of how the wiki defines it]]. In other words, there can be a person who is well-liked in the community but don't have any good results to show. Looking at Egghead on SmashData, he has a 19.15% set win count and 26.85% game win count, which is far below our standards for notability.
