I'm not quite sure how to tackle this "tournament history" section in any substantial way besides nuking it since it is not contributing anything new to the page. Anyone got thoughts? Wulfsun (talk) 13:35, 20 March 2018 (EDT)

If you wish to improve it, I would suggest rewriting it to be more of a summary instead of completely removing it. The current information on the page is better than having nothing whatsoever. Awesome Cardinal 2000 16:51, 20 March 2018 (EDT)

Look at Nairo page. There a few characters that he barely even used, like Ryu and Meta Knight.Used like one match. But it is still added in. NaughtyPigMario (talk) 06:39, 23 May 2018 (EDT)

location[edit]

So according to Ally's Twitter, there are two locations (Flint, Michigan and Montreal, Quebec). I wonder how do we decide his location. Grand Dad.png GRAND DAD Fleenstones!? NiceGrand.jpeg 00:50, 10 August 2018 (EDT)

He travels between both frequently and has done so for years, but his true residence has always been Quebec. It's not necessary to change it. PokemonMasterJamal3 (talk) 06:52, 11 August 2018 (EDT)

Ban Status[edit]

This page states that Ally is banned. However, he has recently started playing locals. Should this be changed? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.78.36.58 (talkcontribs) 16:27, 13 February 2020

If you ask me, Ally has participated at a few locals and does plan on continuing, so it's inaccurate to say he's banned for Ultimate. CookiesCnC Signature.pngCreme 08:58, March 31, 2020 (EDT)
RopeZen keeps adding (Banned) to Ally's infobox. I don't want this to become an edit war. Grand Dad.png Naughty🐽GRAND DAD 自閉肥宅 NiceGrand.jpeg 04:48, April 3, 2020 (EDT)
I think Ally's status as a player would be better described as "semi-retired", since he now competes only at locals and stopped playing on the big stage, but that might be just splitting hair. In any case if there is a ban the organizers of the tournaments he is attending don't seem to enforce it. Because of his controversial status, I think protecting this page for a while is worth considering. --Rdrfc (talk) 04:53, April 3, 2020 (EDT)
I think that all the other ones should be changed to "retired" and Ultimate to "semi-retired" and then protecting the page until the time comes to update it for any tournaments, WiFi or otherwise, that he attends in the future. -User:Krosshair 12:20, April 3, 2020 (EDT)
