SoulPech is an Ohio Project M player who is one of the few top level Jigglypuff players in the world outside of Hungrybox and the only one who primarily plays Project M. He is currently ranked 3rd on the Columbus Project M Power Rankings. He also hosts Project M tournaments in the Columbus/Central Ohio area.
