'''Philly Billy''' is a {{SSBM|Pikachu}} player from New York City. He is a member and close friends with the crew [[Deadly Alliance]]. Most people in New York City know him as "Ron".

At one time he is one of the more noteworthy Pikachu mains in the area. Unlike most Pikachu mains, one of his favored matchups is against [[Marth]]. He does not have the most conventional playing style, which leads many to underestimate his ability when watching him play. He discovered [[pivoting]] and the [[freeze glitch]] for the {{SSBM|Ice Climbers}}.
