Locke is a Washington Mega Man main who is currently ranked 4th on the Western Washington Smash 4 Power Rankings. He is considered to have the best Mega Man on the West Coast, having placed 7th at Don't Park on the Grass, and 7th at Northwest Majors VIII. He has wins over Magister, Big D, Thundercat, Locus, Pyreeze, Deci, Len, and Konga.
