Joakim "Akke" Akterhall is a smasher from Sweden who is a three-time Swedish national Nintendo champion (2000, 2006 and 2012) as well as a three-time runner-up and currently a member of Alliance's Dota 2 team.

Despite not being a full-time smasher, he competed at Smashers' Reunion: Melee Grande in Norway and took 5th place in the doubles tournament using Sheik alongside Ek. He later joined Alliance when they signed his all-Swedish Dota team, No Tidehunter, as part of its original lineup, and the team then won The International 3 without losing a series. He returned to competitive Melee in 2015 at B.E.A.S.T 5.[1]

When Alliance officially opened a Smash division by signing Armada, he posted on his Twitter account a welcome on behalf of the Dota team.[2]

On December 12th, 2016, Akke's sponsor, Alliance was spun-off into a player-owned organization by former parent company Twitch.[3] Akke along with the other original Dota 2 members and Armada were given a percentage of the organization.[4]
