-It may be tricky to simply say "yeah a bot can do it", because the new categories may not mesh cleanly with the current ones. But I'm sure there's something that can be done to automate part of it. At the very least, the policy says "tags aren't mandatory, and assume screenshot if there isn't one", so in the worst-case scenario we can simply remove the existing tags from most images and not be forced to replace them with anything.
