The Frozen Pac-Man is a glitch discovered by a YouTube user lologtwgDQ3. This glitch involves Pac-Man. Its unknown how the glitch was performed. Another video of the same glitch was uploaded on YouTube, but Pac-Man was stuck in a Warp Star with Mii fighters. A later video of the same glitch was uploaded on YouTube, but Pac-Man was stuck in a tree during a match. It's unknown if the glitch will be in the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros 4. In November 2, 2014, evidence states that the glitch was performed in a match on the stage Rainbow Road, then Pac-Man rode a few warp stars, then Pac-Man started to freeze and started to glow white. However, players cannot hurt Pac-Man due to the animation, but the one of him getting stuck on a tree on Tortimer Island and him just standing in one spot is a mystery. The theory is maybe there's three methods to the glitch.

This glitch involves Pac-Man being stuck in a specific frame with no idle animation. He only blinks, possibly because blinking is an entirely different animation.
How to perform the glitch
We finally recieve some information about the two ways the glitch can be performed. The one with the tree was not another method, it seem like the the warp star version of it.

*Method one
This method allows Pac-Man to be frozen standing up, that way you can see him blinking.

Charaters
*Pac-Man
*random (asuming Duck Hunt)

Stage
Rainbow Road (assuming)

performing it
Once both players are on the stage, the players must use Pac-Man's side special and throw the pellets at a straigh direction where he's facing the opponent. The player who's Duck Hunt must hit Pac-Man when he's using his side special so the bigger pellet at the end can drop. Then Pac-Man needs to knock Duck Hunt off the stage by using his side smash attack. Once the opponent is sent flying, use a taunt when he lays on the ground singing. If done correctly, Pac-Man will stand up and will begin to freeze. At the beginning when he freezes, Pac-Man will rapidly blink four times. However, there is a 45% chance that this method can lead to the glitch.

*Method Two
This method is the warp star version of it. This method is simpler and the most common method of the glitch. Even this this method doesn't need Duck Hunt.

Characters
*Pac-Man
*random

Stage
*Rainbow Road (recommended)

*Battlefield

Item
Warp Star

Performing it
Pac-Man needs to ride on one warp star. Like method one, use his side special and throw the pellets straight at the facing opponent. Now the opponent has to hit Pac-Man while he's using his side special making the bigger pellet at the end drop. Now Pac-Man has to ride on another warp star. The opponent now has to eat the bigger pellet. As Pac-Man starts to land, he will start to freeze in a "planking" or "praying" position.
