Forum:The Little Things Brawl Did Wrong
This forum is the place to discuss the SMALL things that Brawl could have done better.
This is not for discussing larger things such as character or stage inclusion. Such forums already exist; post in them instead.
My example? Yoshi can't eat items.
Feel free to add your own. {My name is Miles, and I approve this message.} 22:01, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- my examples: that some attacks arent affected by Stale-Move Negation, the undead glitch (only on wario), a lot of legendary fire pokemon, when one try to do a suicide ko with flying slam or flame choke and you die first, some clones final smashes, Giga bowser can receive damage, but those are just little things that doesnt matter --Majorabrawl (talk) 23:13, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
the flower on hanenbow should have been on the top left tree too, and it should damage everyone except the person who made it appear. KP317 (talk) 23:05, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
I really can't think of anything but big things. Maybe Sonic should have had a good move? Semicolon (talk) 23:21, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
I got another one. No "Mamma Mia!" death cry for Mario or Luigi. Come on, Nintendo. They've been using that as their death cry in their games since before I was born, for heaven's sake. {My name is Miles, and I approve this message.} 19:28, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
- That and the "Whooaaww!" screen crack one. RogueMastermind (talk)
Tripping! I'm surprised no one mentioned that. Chaos F15 (talk) 19:48, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
Tripping is kind of a big thing... Mine has to be Yoshi doesn't have a tether... and Sheik does? - Hatake91 (talk) 20:35, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
What tether could Yoshi have? His tongue? That would be painful...HorayImDecent (talk) 04:40, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, it would be good for grabbing items. Solar flute (talk)
Having all of the star fox characters the same. Solar flute (talk)
- They're more different then they certainly were prior to Brawl. I don't know where you would get the notion that they are same any longer. --Sky (t · c · w) 05:50, 14 October 2008 (UTC)
- Movesets sure. 3 Landmasters is pretty face-palm worthy though. RogueMastermind (talk)
- got that from the special moveset, 3 blasters, 3 mirages, 3 fires , 3 reflectors, and 3 landmasters. Solar flute (talk)
- and (almost) the same entrances. Cheezperson {talk}stuff 05:42, 15 October 2008 (UTC)

Biggest vanity gripe: Jigglypuff no longer has a blue bow outfit. Bowser seems a little too serious to be a fun-to-play character from his changes from Melee (although he is better overall). Ganondorf, outside of simply being choosable, is pretty much a waste of a slot since Snake does everything he can do but better and does other things too. Sonic's moveset could use more priority or just a decent kill move two on the ground. Pit's arrows should be chargeable indefinitely with a damage cap. RogueMastermind (talk)
My complants are sonic's final smash being too powerful and the stage builder not being that good in terms of making real stages. i mean come on he can get TWO KOs with just one FS Cree318 (talk) 12:16, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
In Melee, when someone got blasted with a strong move, they would make a unique sound. I must say, Falco's and C. Falcon's were quite humorous. But now, they rarely make a sound when blasted, and when they do, they're not all that funny. - GalaxiaD (talk) 21:39, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
Too much focus on the Wario Ware series. Wario's normal clothes should of been default and his trademark Shoulder Charge should of been his Side B instead of the motorcycle. --TStick (talk) 23:16, 15 October 2008 (UTC)

OK, is anyone else really depressed that the announcer doesn't yell "SUUPER SMAAAAASH BROOOOTHEEEEEEEERSSSSS!!!!!!" at the title screen after the intro?--Meta-Kirb (talk) 14:11, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
Oh yeah, one VERY IMPORTANT thing that Brawl did wrong : shields come out the button L or R is fully used, which means a quarter of a second too late which, in this game, is enough to get punished. Metalink187 (talk) 18:52, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
