Same names, different games. Effectively identical visuals and sounds, but totally different layouts. Which version is superior?

Mewtwo is a cool character, but I hate the way he controls. So I put them into www.ip2location.com and all of them mapped to the exact same geographical location (to like 6 or 7 digits of precision) and ISP data.
