1) Yes, I know how to upload and use images, but not how to add it to my infobox as a userpic. Every way I tried, it did not turn out the way I intended.

Try adding a line of code like this to the Smasher infobox:

| image = Whatever.jpg

That should do it. In the future, if you're not sure how to use a template, look at the code of a page where it's used the way you want to compare. Miles (talk) 16:10, 17 July 2016 (EDT)
