Regardless, it's still a template. I'm guessing you have to create a template under {{User:(yournamehere)/Quotes}}, and then put some quotes there. BlueStreak 14:23, 10 December 2014 (EST)

I put (yournamehere) because it was just a generalization. Yours would be {{User:The Arnge/Quotes}}. See if that works. BlueStreak 14:40, 10 December 2014 (EST)
