Emergency operation. The victim would be sucked into an ambulance which Dr. Mario would go in and do stuff to the victim until Dr. Mario flees and the ambulance explodes. Would cause around 55-60% damage. 220.253.239.109 00:21, October 17, 2009 (UTC)

Shadow Ball Assault. Sends out a beam of powerful shadow balls which causes about 75% if you are cause in the beam the whole time. Probably would be like a longer version of Mario Finale. 220.253.239.109 00:21, October 17, 2009 (UTC)
