Well, it's been over a year and a half since this game's been out, and I was thinking about what I expected it to be like character-wise. I know it's been a long time, but this is what I expected it to be:

• Original 12: Never doubted them not being in.
• The 5 who got booted: Roy was the only one I thought had a chance.
• The rest of the melee cast: Same as the original 12, minus the Ice Climbers.
• Lucas: Had no idea who he was
• Ike: Had no idea who he was
• Sonic: Didn't surprise me
• Dedede: Expected him too
• Diddy: Expected him
• Olimar: Didn't expect him.
• Lucario: Kinda expected him
• Toon Link: Kinda expected him, didn't expect that name
• Wolf: Expected him

Now for the ones I expected but didn't join:

• Mii: I really, honestly thought Miis would be in it.
• Other Mario character (Geno or Paper Mario): No idea why, but I was kinda on the Geno bandwagon.
• Plusle and Minun: Expected them to replace the Ice Climbers and Pichu
• Phoenix Wright: lol, not really. Maybe next time, Nick.
