Notices
The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted.

Deletion[edit]

Support. Not really much to add. I imagine almost every top Smash player has played online. I do realize that this category is exclusively for online 64/Melee players (though I have noticed some exceptions), but even then the same statement applies. Additionally, seeing as how we only recently started adding online results, it becomes increasingly harder to determine who has or hasn't played online. Pokebub (talk) 14:51, June 29, 2020 (EDT)

Support. The original intend for this category was indeed to categorize players that have played Project 64 or Dolphin netplay, not talking about Smash games that have built-in online system. But after a while the category starts changing, and yes, even if this category is exclusively for those players, it stills feel rather redundant, most Melee, 64 players probably have already played netplay especially since the pandemic exists.
